Advanced Technology Group, Inc. (ATG) is a small company with big experience and big knowledge of State and Federal E-Rate Discount Programs. We are dedicated to helping our clients navigate through the steps required to maximize discounts and collect reimbursements from simple upgrades, to complicated installments and especially costly monthly expenses. We take the time to process necessary forms, assist clients through bidding processes, monitor accounts to assure discounts are in place and communicate with service providers and agencies to keep accounts and projects on track so our clients can focus on the more important task of educating their students.
Our mission here at ATG is to take our staff experience with K-12 education, our background in Communication and Technology and our understanding of client needs and provide the best service and care you deserve. At ATG we want you to feel apart of our family. We want you to know who you are working with and who has your best interest. This is our team:
Russ: Has been involved with E-rate since its inception in 1998. He has state level networking and worked directly with FCC commissioners over the years on ways to improve E-rate. Russ is the founder of Advanced Technology Group, Inc. (ATG) and the proud father of two grown children.
Johnna: Has 35 years experience in customer service, and 13 years of K-12 education; accounting and technology experience. Johnna has been involved with E-rate since 2004 and joined the ATG team in 2017. She has been married for 27 years and together they have one daughter.
Teresa: Brings 19 years of experience working in various positions at her local schools, district offices' and community college. She has been with ATG since 2017. She is married and has three adult children and 3 grandchildren.
Laura: Brings 20 years of experience in Human Resources and working at her local school districts and facilities. She has consulted for several years all while helping to run a local family business. Laura joined the ATG team in 2018. She is a wife, mother and grandmother,
